CFA Behaviour Ladder Hopes to Reach New Heights in 24-25
The Behaviour Ladder is part of the ongoing collective efforts between The CFA and all 3 youth leagues within the County, to address and tackle poor behaviour.
The ladder looks to reward teams who have installed a positive behaviour culture and regularly create a positive football environment, whilst at the same time outlining incremental consequences for teams who demonstrate undesirable behaviour or fail to deal with continued unacceptable behaviour throughout the season.
You can find out more about the Ladder, including a downloadable document that shows the Ladder in full including details on what each level means and an introductory video HERE
There have been some mainly cosmetic changes to the ladder, with the main addition being the incorporation of the New FA Discipline Penalty Points system (more detail can be found HERE)
Throughout the season, automated emails will be sent out informing the club secretary, CWO and, for this season in line with feedback received from our Positive Football Advisory Group, the named contacts for that team, of any movement down the ladder and the consequences of such a move.
At the end of each month of the season a congratulatory email and certificate will be shared with team contacts, who remain at the top of the ladder (Level 1, to recognise their efforts in providing a positive environment.
These teams will also be entered into a prize draw to receive a £50 voucher courtesy of our kit partners Kitlocker.com.
At the end of the season any team that has remained at Level 1 (Top Rung) for the entire season will be entered into a prize draw for £100 voucher.
